She currently serves on the board of Crisis Text Line and previously served on PCC Markets' Board of Trustees and as the VP of ESG at Remitly. Kim is the Founder/CEO of a stealth, AI-native B2B platform reducing fashion waste and currently advises Armoire on sustainability and Raise for Good on ethical AI implementation in philanthropic grantmaking and nonprofit operations.

Alethea is the CEO/Cofounder of Board.Dev, the AI learning lab where companies develop leaders while building nonprofit capacity. Board.Dev partners with companies like Okta, Dell, Morgan Stanley, and CDW to train their leaders on AI governance, then places them on nonprofit boards where they guide real AI adoption. They also lead the Nonprofit Tech Governance Congress with engagement from Schmidt Futures, MacArthur Foundation, and Mozilla.
